we are hosting an all day event for Detroit’s Month of Design and need help with set up and break down. Will include light lifting (tables and chairs) and equipment set up.

this is an outdoor event on unpaved ground. Mostly covered in grass and wood chips. We have a shed with one step up required to enter it. We have a port o John which is not wheelchair accessible. The other bathroom option is at the coney on the corner, though I believe they close at 2pm on Sunday. There are full sun areas and full shade areas, folding chairs and picnic benches for seating. We will have bug spray and citronella torches, water, handwashing station and light snacks. Please let us know if there are other ways we can support you
